₹ Refund Timeline

| Order cancelled before dispatch (paid online) | Full amount to original payment source | 5–7 working days |
| Return approved after inspection | Product amount to original payment source | 7–10 working days |
| COD order returned | Bank transfer to your account | 7–10 working days |
| Exchange item not available | Full refund instead of exchange | 7–10 working days |
Time is counted after approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the amount.
💳 Online Payments
Refunds go back to the same UPI, card, net banking or wallet used to pay. You can see the refund status in My Orders → open the order → Refunds.
💵 Cash on Delivery
For COD orders we refund by bank transfer. Please share your account holder name, account number and IFSC when we ask — we never ask for OTP, PIN or passwords.
✅ Full Refund
- Item damaged at delivery, wrong item, or defective (with unboxing video).
- Order cancelled by us or before dispatch.
⚠ Refund May Be Reduced or Rejected
- Missing accessories, box or free gifts sent with the order.
- Physical damage or signs of use not reported at delivery.
- Claim without a valid unboxing video.
🚚 Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, wrong or defective item), shipping charges are refunded too. Otherwise, the original shipping charge is not refundable.
📩 Refund Not Received?
If 10 working days have passed after approval, email info@pctechmayank.in with your order number. We will share the transaction reference so you can check with your bank.
