All products sold by PC TECH are 100% genuine and come with the manufacturer's (brand) warranty. Every order includes a GST invoice, which is your proof of purchase for warranty claims.

How to Claim Warranty

🗓 Within 3–7 Days of Delivery

If the product is damaged, defective or wrong when it reaches you, it is handled by us directly as a return or replacement — no service center visit needed. See our Returns & Refund Policy (unboxing video required).

🛠 After the Return Window

Any fault after the return window is covered by the brand's warranty. Please contact the brand's authorized service center with the product, its serial number and the GST invoice. Repair or replacement is decided by the brand as per its warranty terms.

✅ What Is Usually Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
  • Hardware failure under normal use within the warranty period.
  • Coverage, period and process exactly as set by each brand.

🚫 What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage, burns, liquid/water damage or bent pins.
  • Damage from power surges, wrong installation or overclocking beyond limits.
  • Products with removed, torn or tampered serial number / warranty stickers.
  • Unauthorized repair or modification.
  • Software issues, viruses or data loss — please back up your data before any repair.

Each part of an assembled PC carries its own brand warranty, listed on the invoice. If you are not sure which part is faulty, contact us and we will help you find it before you visit a service center.
